Wagner College keeps backup copies of all files stored on W drives and P drives as well as files from other system servers.
If a user has lost or deleted a file in many cases the network staff can recover the file or an older version of that file.
You will be asked for the name and location of the file(s) as well as how many days in the past you believe the file was in a desirable state.
Request for file restores need to come from a director or supervisor.
