Knowledge base articles, besides the main content, have additional features that you might find helpful:
1. Article Details
Article details will tell you when the article was created and when the last update was made.
2. Additional Files or Related Articles
Some articles will link to other articles that contain related information or files that can be downloaded to your own device.
3. Tags
Tags are a way to add search terms for an article. Articles will oftentimes have multiple tags. Clicking on a tag will take you to a list of other articles having that tag.
