Zoom in the Classroom tip sheet

  1. Navigate to wagner.zoom.us in a web browser or find the desktop shortcut labeled Zoom.
     
  2. Click Sign In and use your Onelogin credentials.




     
  3. Navigate to your scheduled meetings by clicking Meetings in the menu on the left. Click Start to start your scheduled meeting.



     
  4. You may be prompted to choose an application to launch your Zoom Meeting.

    In Firefox, Select Zoom Meetings and choose Open Link



    In Chrome, select Open Zoom Meetings



     
  5. Select Join with computer audio to join ensure you are connected via audio



     
  6. To switch cameras or to ensure you are connected to the correct camera, click the small up arrow to the right of the Stop Video button



    For the 19 New Media classrooms:

    The Logitech BRIO will be the static view of the students from the front of the room. The option with INOGENI and random letters/numbers is the tablet-controlled camera in the back of the room.

    For all other locations, you can choose from one of the 3 different cameras that may be installed in your classroom:

    Logitech Meetup
    Meeting Owl Pro
    Jabra Panacast
