Use of printers in certain offices and department on the Wagner campus is secured via your A.D. network login credentials.
Secured Printing protects college resources from misuse and protects the privacy of printer users. Users who are in an office with Secure printing will send their print job to the printer and then will need to login to the printer to have their job printed.
After logging in a user may select the job they want printed and print it.
Users can login to the printer by typing their user name and password but users are able to have their Wagner ID card "paired" to their AD login for use at the printers and this is much easier than typing. Many users will find their card is already activated. If you card is not activated the printer will ask for your credentials after you scan your card. If you enter your credentials here correctly the system will remember you for next time.
