Updating the home use license for SPSS

This article will outline the steps required to update the home use license for SPSS. This procedure was recorded using a windows 10 computer.

1. Open the SPSS License Authorization Wizard located in the Start Menu:
   
   
    
2. The license status and expiration date will appear on the initial screen. Click Next.
   
   
    
3. Choose 'Authorized User License' and click Next.
   
   
    
4. Enter the code provided to you by IT and click Next.
   
   
    
5. The license will activate and display the status on the following screen. The status should display Authorization succeeded. Click Next.
   
    
6. The final screen should confirm the new license expiration date. Click Finish to complete the process.
