The capability to dial in to a Webex session is now possible. To set up this option in your Personal Room, follow these instructions:
1. First you will need to set up a host key in your Personal Room Preferences. Upon logging in click Preferences on the left hand side.
2. Select My Personal Room. Set a Host Pin according to the requirements explained below the box. Scroll down to the bottom, click Save.
3. If you want to connect to your personal room meeting with phone, start a meeting in your personal room as normal. When the connection box pops up, go down to where it says Use computer for audio and click it so you can see the drop down menu. Select Call in
4. When you log in, you will be prompted with the call in information for your meeting. Follow those instructions to connect via phone.
5. If you change your mind and want to connect via audio, then click on the little phone button at the bottom of your meeting screen. Select Use Computer for Audio.
