Before requesting Moodle support, please see some resources below that may assist you with the answer to your question:
You can log into Moodle using your All Access Pass. This is the same user name and password that you would use for your email address. You can access the Moodle log in page by clicking Quick Links on the Wagner website, and clicking Moodle from the list that appears.
